In Maryland, we serve all of Ocean City, West Ocean City, Bishopville, Berlin, and Ocean Pines. In Delaware, we serve Fenwick Island, Selbyville, South Bethany, Bethany Beach, Millville, Frankford, Dagsboro, and Ocean View.

We are happy to provide you with a free estimate. Please fill our estimate request form and one of our specialists will contact you to discuss your cleaning needs.
Although we do not require an in-home visit to provide an estimate, we strongly recommend it. An in-home visit gives us an opportunity to fully assess your cleaning needs and provide the most accurate estimate.
No, we do not believe in contracts. We do, however, require you to sign a Service Agreement before your first cleaning to acknowledge our cleaning policies and procedures. There is no term for our service agreement; you may cancel our service at any time.
If you chose to provide us with key to your home, rest assured we take ever precaution to protect both your key and your home. All keys are numbered with no names/addresses. Keys are only issued to our cleaning specialists the day of your cleaning and are checked back in to our safe at the end of the day.
Yes we fully vet each employee before they step foot in your home. Our vetting process includes a combination of background checks, reference checks, drug testing, and in-person interviews.
Yes. We are fully insured, both general liability and worker's compensation, as well as bonded. We are also licensed in Maryland & Delaware.
Our service agreement lays out what services you will receive, when you will receive them, how you will receive them, and how we can best perform those services for you.
All of our specialists are employees of Sea Play Homes. We do not utilize independent contractors or subcontractors for cleaning or property watch services.
Your invoice will contain options to pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) or ACH Direct Debit. With ACH Direct Debit, your bank account will be automatically debited. For cash or checks, please contact our office prior your scheduled clean to arrange payment.
For cleaning clients, after each cleaning is complete you will receive an automated invoice from us.
For property watch clients, you will receive an invoice from us on the first of each month.
All invoices are due upon receipt.
Residential Cleaning Questions
How often we clean your home is completely up to you. Many of our clients like us to come weekly or bi-weekly (every two weeks).
You tell us what time is best for you. If we will be cleaning your home on a regular basis we do ask that you keep the same day/time for each cleaning.
We are unable to guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
Simply give us a call. We do ask that you provide us with at least 24 hour notice of any cancellations or rescheduling requests. There is a $40 fee for cancellations/reschedules if not made within 24 hours of your scheduled time.
Please note, if we arrive at your home and are unable to enter or provide service you will be charged the full amount regardless.
Absolutely! We never ask you to supply anything. However, if you would prefer we use a specific product please we do ask that you provide the product and notify us prior to your cleaning of what you would like cleaned with that product.
Yes, what and where we clean in your home is completely up to you.
In most cases we send either two (2) or three (3) cleaning specialists to your home at a time. There may be times, however, where we are only able to send one (1) cleaning specialist.
It's completely up to you. If you are not going to be home, please be sure to coordinate with us so we can access your home.
If you will be home during the cleaning we do ask that you avoid areas where are specialists are working.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
Although we are animal lovers, pets can often get in the way or create distractions for our cleaning specialists. We ask that you secure pets in an area we will not be cleaning prior to our arrival. We do not take responsibility for pets that escape or damage items while we are working.
In the event that something is damaged by one of our specialists we will work with you to get the damaged item repaired or replaced. All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of your service.
We do our best to always send the same team to your home.
No. Although it can be helpful to our cleaning specialists if you pickup any clutter, loose toys or other items from the floors prior to our arrival.
Laundry service is not included in our regular cleaning service. If you would like us to do laundry, please contact us to discuss pricing.
Commercial Cleaning Services
We service small to mid-sized businesses, including offices, restaurants, retail locations, medical facilities, schools, churches and more.
Absolutely! You let us know what time works best for you and your business.
We will clean almost anything in your office that you ask us to. However, we do not offer stripping and waxing vinyl floors, stone and wood floor care, carpet extractions, power washing, and exterior window cleaning. For these services we are happy to recommend and work with companies that are able to handle these specific tasks.
Yes. We will provide all cleaning products and equipment. If you would like us to restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap dispensers, etc., please let us know. Please note that these items will be billed separately.
Property Watch Questions
That is completely up to you. We will work with you to develop a property watch plan that meets your needs. For post-storm checks we will check on your property as soon as we are able to access your community and/or roads.

Absolutely. We document all checks via notes, photos, and video when necessary. Notes, photos, videos will be shared with you within 24 hours of our check of your property.
Our basic property watch services include exterior & interior walkarounds, thermostat checks, keyholder services, and pre/post storm checks. We also offer additional services upon request such as lawn mowing, grill cleaning, and screen replacement. Please contact us to discuss your property watch needs.
We do not provide any repair services.
In most cases, yes. We always try to send the same specialist to your home.
At this time we do not provide any property management services, including negotiating and handling lease and/or rental agreements, tenant screening, or the hiring of home improvement contractors.
We are happy to assist you with monitoring contractors, providing access to tenants/leaseholders, and collecting rent or security deposits.
At this time we do not provide home inspection services. For home inspections, please contact a licensed home inspector.
