We carry general liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance. We also have a separate cleaning and janitorial bond.

Each home or business is completely different and there are many factors that go into providing a price for cleaning services. In order to provide the most accurate cleaning quote we like to conduct a free walkthrough with you to discuss your needs. Some of the factors that go into pricing are the size of your home or business, type of cleaning needed, and frequency of the cleaning.

Absolutely! Our team members love tips. How you tip is completely up to you. You can leave a tip at your home or office for the team member (please place in a clearly marked envelope so our team members know it is for them). No cash on you, but still want to tip? Not a problem. When you pay your invoice you can leave a tip at that time with your credit card. All tips go directly to our team members. Tips left via credit card are added to our team member paychecks.
To get started renting linens simply visit our linen ordering site at https://linens.seaplayhomes.com. From there you can select the sheet sets and towels you will need for your stay.
We encourage you to rent as far in advance of your stay as you can. At minimum, it is highly recommended to place your linen rental reservation at least 2 weeks prior to your checkin.
We typically can accommodate same day or shorter notice reservations, however, we cannot guarantee we will have availability.
All linen deliveries are made between 9:00am and 3:00pm. There are times, however, that deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, volume, or other circumstances outside of our control. We guarantee that all orders will be delivered no later than 8pm.
We ask that you place all linens (clean or dirty) in the provided bags and leave outside the front door or in the same location where they were originally dropped off. Please be sure to have all linens outside no later than 9:30am on the day of your checkout.
